100 Mile  – Western UP Convention and Visitor Bureau

100 Km  – Hobby Wheel, Ironwood

25 Mile  – Ma’s Place, Wakefield

 

Riders will travel over rolling terrain, past lakes and forests and enjoy the wildflowers and scenery of the Upper Peninsula. Routes for the 100 mile and 100 kilometer are designed with more experienced riders in mind. The 25 mile route follows a moderate terrain. All three tours are open to any rider aged 12 and older, so riders should keep in mind their own limits.

RIDE START TIME – no late or early starts allowed  (all times are Central Daylight)

100 mile and 100k Tour Check -in: from 7:00 to 7:45 am   Ride Start – 8 am

(Must have minimum of 10  100 mile riders registered by July 8th to hold that event)

25 mile Tour Check -in: from 8:15 to 9:15   Ride Start – 9:30 am (New Time!)

 

LOCATION: Start/Finish -Wakefield, MI –  Eddy Park – East Pavilion, North side of Sunday Lake

         

REGISTRATION FEES:  Entry Fees until July 2$20.00after July 2$30.00
         Register OnLine up to midnight Wednesday (7/12) – NO ONSITE REGISTRATION – Check in only.

Children under age 10 riding in safety seats, trailers or tandems ride free.

Registration fees are non-refundable

    

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES: Race bib,Commemorative T-Shirts, Maps, Route Markings, Check points, Fresh fruit and Refreshments. A meal is provided after completion of tour at East Pavilion. There will be Courtesy Vehicles covering the Route.  Door Prize drawing.  Please supply your own water bottles, tire pumps and tire repair supplies.

DIFFICULTY: The North Country 100 is appropriate for 12 years and older of all skill levels. Minors must be accompaniedby an adult. 25 mile route is moderate terrain -100 K & 100 mile rolling terrain.

HELMETS MANDATORY: Studies prove helmets dramatically cut the severity of head injuries in collisions and falls. You must wear an approved helmet on the ride.
