Amy Ackley Anderson, owner, operator, teacher and artist, at Amy's Art Studio & Gallery, lives & works in the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan in Gogebic County.  In the winter, Amy's Art Studio & Gallery is located inside of the main lodge at Blackjack Mountain Big Snow Ski Resort in Bessemer Michigan and is open to the public. The gallery contains exhibits from many talented artists and many different media of art from paintings, photography, sculpture, pottery and jewelry.  You can buy her art at the gallery and they are also available at numerous locations such as: Kikkebusch Glassworks, Bessemer, MI, Great Lakes Trading Company, Silver City, MI and Z Place Gallery, Ironwood, MI to name a few.

Teaching art is also something Amy is passionate about and at her Bessemer studio she offers, adult and kids art classes, group and family private sessions and the popular Art & Wine Classes for small groups as well.  This studio is open yearly from December through April.  During the summer months, she moves the studio to her home on Indianhead Ski Resort and is seen by appointment only.
